A Solid Tradition of Quality, Reliability and Performance Providing Manufacturing Solutions from Prototype through Production
The Brinly Tradition of Innovation
At Brinly-Hardy Company, we understand that innovation is the only sustainable advantage in the manufacturing industry. For more than 165 years, we've stayed in step with our customers' needs – from our very first plow, custom designed and hand-forged for a farmer's special requirements, to the full line of multipurpose, high quality lawn, garden and ATV products we offer today. We've kept pace with fast-changing markets, consumer needs and lifestyles by always doing one thing first: Listening to our customers.
» back to topWe Can Make That, Too...
Because Brinly-Hardy Co.'s customers want a single source for their tractor accessories—from Polyethylene Broadcast Spreaders to all steel Utility Carts and vacuum Collection Systems—we have vertically integrated to produce over 100 independent, unique tractor accessories in our single facility. Whatever we can't make, we have become experts at sourcing, so that at the end we have a complete product ready to ship to a retail store.
Beginning with coils of raw steel, we can cut, stamp, form and weld—robotically or manually. We have lasers to cut sheet and machining equipment to drill. Our powder paint system, with water pre-treatment and 6-stage cleaning process provides the look and durability required for consumer outdoor products. Our assembly and packaging teams know how to adjust to change and seasonal demand.
Innovation and speed has been the key to our survival. Flexible, concurrent design engineering and product development via Solid Edge and Pro/ENGINEER®, supplier certification programs and integrated quality systems mean that we can assess, design and produce new items smoothly and successfully.
We offer another advantage as well: being woman-owned and managed, customers of Brinly-Hardy Co. can demonstrate their willingness to support diversification. It has been said that we listen better, too.
» back to topWHY are we promoting our capabilities?
We have capacity to use—especially in months counter-seasonal to our core, lawn and garden business. Let us put some or all of our capabilities to work on your next project. We can help you—and we can be very competitive about it.
