We've always had some pretty tough customers. Since the 1800's, our engineering staff has designed and tested thousands of plows, carts, spreaders, sweepers, and numerous other lawn and agricultural related equipment. Only the designs that pass our performance specifications and rigorous testing make it to our customers, and then we stand behind what we sell with warranties and service. We regularly compare and test the performance and durability of our products against all industry competitors, and we welcome you to do the same.


Feedback – Voice of The Customer

We listen. It's one of the most important things we do for our customers. Brinly's new product initiatives involve a series of one-on-one customer interviews to learn what's important and what problems we should look to overcome. Like lawn rollers having to rust because they're filled with water; we figured out how to make them out of poly. So, we'll keep talking to our customers to stay on top as the leading innovator in lawn and garden accessories. It just makes sense.


Performance Focus

At Brinly, before we design a product, we start by understanding the primary functions and what our customers' expectations are. What do customers want a sweeper to do? What does ‘good' mean for a sweeper vs. a spreader? In all products, our focus is on performance. For sweepers, we learned that customers wanted a ‘clean path the first time through.' For spreaders, an ‘even spread pattern' was most important. We figure out how to measure those things, and then we benchmark products that are currently available to see which ones meet expectations-and which don't. Most importantly, we work and rework our designs until we can offer the highest performance at the best value. At Brinly, our process regularly results in great performance.


Superior Paint System

Brinly-Hardy Co. has invested millions in our custom designed, state-of-the-art powder painting process to give our products the same finish quality and durability that auto makers use. Even the water used in the final rinse is filtered by reverse osmosis before we dry and apply the powder-coat to steel. To ensure our finish is the highest quality available in our industry, we have ongoing contracts with independent labs to randomly select and test our products. We like to be put to the test.
